Nicky Hilton Rothschild is giving fans a first glimpse at her baby boy! On Thursday (July 21), the 38-year-old fashion designer shared the first photo of her newborn son. Click inside to see the photo… “Baby bliss,” Nicky wrote on Instagram. In the selfie, Nicky is wearing a blue floral-print dress while laying outside in a hammock as her son – wearing a white onesie with angel wings on the back – lies on her back. Nicky announced back in early July that she and husband James Rothschild had welcomed their third child together. The couple – who have been married since 2015 – are also parents to daughters Theodora Marilyn, 4, and Lily-Grace Victoria, 5.
