On this week's episode of The Kardashians, the Lemme co-founder joined her mom Kris Jenner, 69, her four kids and several of her nieces and nephews as they enjoyed a day at the pumpkin patch. In a confessional, the mom of four reflects on getting to have quality time with her extended family.
"I just love days where I'm with all the kids," Kardashian Barker says. "You know, my nieces and nephews. My mom and with Travis, it's like you forget about anything else. Nothing else matters. Having that is really special."

Kardashian Barker shares her kids Reign, Penelope and Mason with ex Scott Disick. She is also mom to son Rocky Thirteen, whom she shares with husband Travis Barker.
In November, Kardashian Barker shared a carousel post that featured snaps of recent moments, including precious time spent with her son Rocky Thirteen.
In one sweet photo, Rocky wore a black onesie that was printed with the word "Punk." Covering his face, the toddler buried his head in Inside Out 2 book Meet the Emotions as he sat on his knees in front of a bookshelf.
Back in July, Kardashian Barker shared an Instagram Reel of her daughter Penelope's 12th birthday celebrations after she marked the last year before her teens.
"12 years young 🎈🌴🎡☀️🌊💘," the proud mom's caption read as the video played alongside Zaz's cover of "La vie en rose."
The video began with a birthday cake that featured white icing, flowers and 12 candles.
"Happy Birthday Penelope!" the cake read as it rested on a cake stand beside a plate of star and circle-shaped sugar cookies.
