Kourtney Kardashian Reveals Why She Was 'Not Particularly' Looking Forward to Running in Travis Barker's 5K Race

On the latest episode of 'The Kardashians,' the proud mom opened up about her breastfeeding experience with son Rocky

Kourtney Kardashian Barker is rolling with the punches during her breastfeeding journey.

During the latest episode of The Kardashians, the reality TV star, 45, opens up about her breastfeeding experience with her baby son Rocky during a promo shoot with her husband Travis Barker for his Run Travis Run 5K.

When asked if it sounds appealing to run in the 5K, Kardashian Barker candidly says "not particularly" as it's "uncomfortable" right now because she has "large, breastfeeding boobs."

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE after his Run Travis Run 5K in New Orleans, the Blink 182 drummer, 49, shared that his youngest son Rocky, 16 months, was already starting to drum and that he's playing the instrument "constantly, 24/7."

Barker said that as his children continue to grow, he hopes him and his wife can "just lead by example," as they develop.

"I hope we just lead by example," he told PEOPLE after he and Kardashian finished the run hand-in-hand. "I mean [Rocky], he just turned 15 months today, and he's like already playing drums and guitar and everything, so I feel like all we can do is steer them."

"I think you're born with like this DNA of who you are, but, like, we could always be there to just, you know, lead them in the right direction," he added, sharing that he also plays guitar.

The couple has a blended family, with each star having three children from previous relationships. Kardashian shares Mason, Penelope and Reign with her ex-husband Scott Disick, while Barker is father to his son Landon, daughter Alabama and his stepdaughter Atiana, all of whom he shares with ex-wife Shanna Moakler. The pair welcomed their Rocky together in November 2023.

During a February episode of The Kardashians, the Lemme co-founder and her sister, Kim Kardashian, 44, took cameras behind the scenes as they shot the SKIMS and Dolce & Gabbana campaign that came out last year. As she was getting ready to shoot, Kardashian Barker was asked by producers if her son Rocky was on set with her.

"Yes, of course. I couldn't be away from him for this long," Kardashian Barker said, explaining in her confessional why she had to bring her baby son. "I am breastfeeding on demand, so I really try not to separate from my baby."
