Jenna Ushkowitz's family has grown by one more!

Only the baby's hand could be seen as the newly minted mom of two snapped a picture of her necklace stack, which included an Emma nameplate for her 2-year-old daughter and a new necklace that read "Graham."

"And then they were 4. Welcome to the tribe, Graham, we love you so much ♥️," Ushkowitz wrote in her caption.

Back in June, Ushkowitz exclusively confirmed to PEOPLE that she was expecting her second baby with her husband, saying that she learned she was pregnant on a trip to New York.

"I was actually on vacation in New York visiting my family at the time," the actress told PEOPLE. "And when I was packing, I had a Clearblue Early Digital Pregnancy Test in my closet and I was like, 'Let me just pack it just in case.'"

"So I packed it and the day before we left the trip, I was like, 'Something feels very familiar about this feeling and let me just take this test.' I did. And when pregnant came up, my jaw dropped," Ushkowitz recalled, joking that she wishes she had footage of the moment. "I was shocked. And then overjoyed, of course."

At the time, the actress said her daughter didn't yet understand that she was about to become a big sister.

While she said she "understands that there's a baby in mommy's belly," she doesn't have a full grasp of the situation.

"She says, 'I'm a big girl. I'm a big sister.' And she understands baby. So to an extent, she knows what's going on. She'll figure it out real soon," Ushkowitz shared.

She also said there were a few things she was looking forward to as a family of four, which included seeing her entire family together.

"Newborn snuggles are the best, but I'm really just looking forward to seeing my daughter become a big sister and just feeling like our family is whole," the proud mom said. "Just looking forward to that feeling."
