Now the 41-year-old can pass for 20[/caption]

In the clip, she said: “I am 41 years old and you might think that my skin looks amazing.

“And yes, my skin does really look like this.

“I could really rival with some of the 20 year olds out there.

“But don’t get it twisted. My skin didn’t always look like this.”

Jen showed her bare skin on camera which looked plump and glowy without a wrinkle in sight.

But that wasn’t always the case as she showed just how dry her skin looked a few years ago and the hyperpigmentation on her face.

The beauty fan revealed her top secret was using Korean skincare, a trend that is only growing in the beauty world.

“Do you guys know that the ingredients in skincare overseas is completely different than skincare in the US, right?” she added.

Instead of using 28 different products, Jen stuck to high-quality skincare from Korea and followed a four-step routine.

First, she used an oil cleanser on a dry face to get rid of any dirt.

She then went in with a second cleanse using a foaming cleanser which gets deep into the pores.

Jen then moved on to using a toner, using ones with niacinamide in to help control oil without leaving the skin dry.

Last but not least, Jen used a moisturiser to lock in hydration and keep her skin plump.

The clip has gone viral on her TikTok account @jenjengomez2.0 with over 5 million views and 73k likes.

Why is turmeric good for anti-ageing?

A study published in the Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggests that turmeric and curcumin may help prevent DNA damage and aid in DNA repair.

This is promising news for disease prevention and slowing the ageing process. It also:

Boosts Collagen Production: Collagen is a protein that maintains the skin’s elasticity and firmness. As we age, collagen production decreases, leading to wrinkles and sagging skin. Turmeric helps stimulate collagen synthesis, thereby promoting firmer and more youthful skin.

Improves Skin Health: Turmeric has been shown to improve various skin conditions, such as acne, psoriasis, and eczema. Its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties help soothe the skin, reduce redness, and promote a clearer complexion.

People were quick to thank Jen for her skincare secrets.

One person wrote: “Started Korean skincare for 6 months now and have noticed a huuuuge difference!”

Another commented: “I seriously wish my skin was that flawless!”

“Wow! You are a flawless Goddess!” penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: “You look amazing!! I need to try!”

“Okay okay you're flawless," claimed a fifth.

Someone else added: "I use Korean skin care. I have more youthful skin now than I ever had.”
