Girl, 17, killed in crash on M5 after getting out of cop car identified by police with internal probe launched

A TEENAGER who died in a motorway crash has been named by police.
Tamzin Hall, 17, was killed in the horror smash on the M5 on Monday evening.
She had stepped out of a police car between junction 24 and 25 in Taunton, Somerset, moments before the tragedy.
Avon and Somerset Police confirmed a mandatory referral was made to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
