A BELOVED bargain high street shop has slashed the price of a home essential that is ideal for the chilly winter days ahead.
Shoppers are being urged to invest into a heated airer to help them save £100s on energy bills with one supermarket currently selling them for a 35 per cent discount.
Customers are flocking down to their nearest Asda stores to pick up the Silver Heated Winged Clothes Airer from George.
The easy to use product is normally sold for £40 but Asda is currently running a tempting offer with it being available for only £26.
It weighs just 5kg and can be easily folded up for storage like a regular drying rack.
But what makes the aluminium Asda airer such a tempting purchase is that it comes with a built in heater.
Simply set it up as usual and place your damp, clean clothes between the rungs before plugging it in to an electrical outlet in your home.
After just a few minutes it will begin to heat up and leave your clothes perfectly toasty in just a few minutes.
It is also able to extend outwards through its clever winged design meaning you can always squeeze on an extra pair of socks of favourite t-shirt.
The bargain find was quickly posted on social media to be enjoyed by others with hundreds tagging their friends online and urging them to grab the ideal festive item.
One excited shopper told her mate: “They are so good.”

The product has received amazing reviews with many even noting how much cash they have saved from not using their tumble dryer or turning on radiators to dry their clothes.

The electricity needed to power the airer is far less meaning you could save a lot of cash by switching to the gadget.
