Special Forces: World's Toughest Test Season 3 Cast Revealed, Including Denise Richards

They’re back at it again, folks. Special Forces; World’s Toughest Test is returning to Fox for Season 3, and they’ve got 16 celebrities competing for absolutely nothing but bragging rights. In this year’s lineup, they’ve got a few reality stars, including Denise Richards from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Yes, Denise is about to train like a military special forces operative.
Denise could hardly survive her coat at a dinner party on RHOBH, so it’s surprising to see her in the star-studded lineup, but lo and behold, she’s in the trailer taking on the “toughest test.”
Special Forces Season 3 is coming in 2025
If you haven’t Special Forces, this show is definitely not for the faint of heart. Historically, Bravolebrities haven’t faired well.
Kenya Moore competed in Season 1 and quit after complaining about knee pain. Tom Sandoval appeared in Season 2 to try to atone for his cheating scandal. He wound up getting a bloody nose from Jack Osbourne of all people. To say we’re concerned for Denise is an understatement.
In addition to Denise, the cast has two Bachelorette stars: Ali Fedotowsky and Trista Sutter. Naturally, the trailer shows the latter bringing the drama to the test.
"The devil on my shoulder is going, 'You can't do this,'" Trista dramatically explained in the trailer. "I'm just trying to believe in the angel that's telling me, 'You can do it.'"
If the handful of reality stars isn’t enough to get you tuned in, the Season 3 cast also has a Baldwin brother, 2000s Disney stars, and Brody Jenner! It’s truly a hodgepodge. Check out the full Season 3 cast below:
