The first trailer for The Bad Guys 2 has been released.
The Bad Guys 2 is an upcoming animated sequel to 2022's The Bad Guys. The movie, which will be released in 2025, sees Sam Rockwell reprise his role as Mr. Wolf.

What happens in The Bad Guys 2 trailer?
The Bad Guys 2 trailer sees Mr. Wolf and the rest of his team of outlaws attempt to go straight as they've given up their life of crime. Mr. Wolf attempts to get a job at one of the banks he previously robbed; however, things get messy when the ensemble finds themselves being forced into planning another heist.
The synopsis for the movie reads "In the new action-packed chapter from DreamWorks Animation's acclaimed comedy smash about a crackerjack crew of animal outlaws, our now-reformed Bad Guys are trying (very, very hard) to be good, but instead find themselves hijacked into a high-stakes, globe-trotting heist, masterminded by a new team of criminals they never saw coming: The Bad Girls."
Along with Rockwell, The Bad Guys 2 brings back Marc Maron as Mr. Snake, Craig Robinson as Mr. Shark, Anthony Ramos as Mr. Prianha, Awkwafina as Ms. Tarantula, Zazie Beetz as Diane Foxington, Richard Ayoade as Professor Marmalade, Alex Borstein as Misty Luggins, and Lilly Singh as Tiffany Fluffit.
Joining the voice cast for the sequel are Danielle Brooks as Kitty Kat, a snow leopard who is the leader of the Bad Girls; Maria Bakalova as Pigtail, a wild boar engineer; and Natasha Lyonne as Doom, a mischievous raven.
The Bad Guys 2 is directed by Pierre Perifel, while JP Sans also serves as a co-director. Damon Ross returns to produce the film, while Daniel Pemberton serves as the composer.
The Bad Guys 2 will be released in United States theaters on August 1, 2025, from Universal Pictures.
