WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray, who previously criticized MJF and Hangman Page's match at AEW Revolution, has once again taken a shot at them. At Revolution, Hangman Page defeated MJF in the opening match despite taking a brutal Tombstone Piledriver onto a chair.

Many expected MJF to win after delivering the move, but Page quickly recovered, took control, and secured the victory with a Buckshot Lariat. Bully Ray recently discussed the match on Busted Open and criticized the moment when Page kicked out of the devastating move and still won. He expressed his frustration with how the match played out.

He stated, “It was an entertaining show… I will not be speaking about Hangman Page and MJF. I love MJF to death, I am a big Max fan, both personally and professionally… but I refuse to review a match in which a Tombstone Piledriver on the top of a chair is used, only for the guy who took the move to get back in the ring and win. To me, it is completely uncalled for, and it does not fly with me… It goes against everything I believe in in professional wrestling.” [H/T: WrestlingInc]

Following their recent backstage segment on AEW Dynamite, Bully Ray took another jab at MJF and Hangman Page, sarcastically stating that he looks forward to seeing them in WWE, where they can become stars.

On the latest episode of AEW Dynamite, MJF and Hangman Page confronted each other after MJF's segment with MVP. Renee Paquette interviewed Hangman about his match, but MJF interrupted.

Page accused him of trying to set him on fire and revealing his true colors this past weekend. However, Maxwell dismissed the accusation, claiming he would continue winning while Page struggled to climb the ranks. He warned that fans would eventually lose patience waiting for Page to secure a major victory, as he would keep winning world titles and mocking him from the top.

Following the segment, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray reacted on X (formerly Twitter). He sarcastically responded to the segment, stating he couldn't wait for MJF and Hangman to join WWE, where they could “learn the correct way.”

It seems Bully Ray isn't impressed with how AEW is presenting the rivalry between MJF and Hangman Page. Meanwhile, both Maxwell and Page have yet to respond to his recent remarks.
