Anna Kendrick To Helm “Dating Game”

Anna Kendrick is set to make her directorial debut with the true crime thriller “The Dating Game” at AGC Studios. Ian MacAllister McDonald penned the Black List script, which is based on the true story of Cheryl Bradshaw – a bachelorette on the 70s TV matchmaking show “The Dating Game”. In her appearance, Bradshaw chose handsome and funny bachelor number one, Rodney Alcala. There was one small problem though, he was a psychopathic serial killer. Kendrick will also produce and star in the film, which J.D. Lifshitz, Raphael Margules, Roy Lee and Miri Yoon will produce. Shooting will begin in late October, with additional casting ongoing.
