"Ain’t nothin better than you & a southern sunset," Harry captioned this photo of him smooching a svelte blonde that looked startlingly familiar. At first, many fans were shocked to see that Kim was dating someone new... no less, that she was dating her sister Kylie's friend! That is, until they clicked to the next photo. It looks like Harry is dating Kim's doppelganger. But many fans initially thought that it was Kim he was smooching on. "I thought that was Kim in the pic," one fan wrote on reddit. "Same I had to zoom in!" another fan wrote. "I almost had a heart attack," shared a third. Fans seem eager for Kim to move on after she parted ways with SNL star Pete Davidson. At the time, Kim shared that the type of men she's been going for lately "clearly doesn't work" for her. "I just want to chill for a minute, I think I need some time to myself," she shared on the James Corden show. "But I think my next route will… I feel like I have to go to different places. Clearly, it's not working, whatever I'm doing." "I don't know, maybe like a hospital and meet a doctor. A law firm?" she teased. In the meantime, Kim might be a bit too preoccupied with her legal issues to date. According to TMZ, Scott Disick and Kim Kardashian are being sued for running an Instagram lottery with a grand prize of $100,000 and 2 first class tickets to Los Angeles. In addition, the winner would also receive a 3 night stay in Beverly Hills, and be given the opportunity to “shop like Kim Kardashian.” The lottery that took place in 2020 by an Australian business called Curated, is now being called out as a scam. The company is also being sued along with Kim and Scott. It is claimed that the “winners” accounts were immediately made private after they were announced as winners, and believed to be a set up from the company itself. The outlet reports that a direct source from Curated is speaking out about the accusations. “Every winner is legitimate, have been awarded their prizes and the company has appropriate paperwork to prove that,” they revealed. The lawsuit abstained by TMZ alleges that people who signed up for the lottery are " getting invaded by hundreds of advertisers, some of which are soliciting the Plaintiffs with potentially offensive and unwanted content." The initial contest was set up by Scott, however many other celebrities followed along including Kim and the rest of the Kardashian family. The lawsuit is asking $20 million from each involved, however the only two listed at the moment are Kim and Scott. "Just a short 20 years ago, Oprah was giving away cars and cash. But today's entertainment tycoons seem to only care about becoming richer and living an even more opulent lifestyle, while duping their fans and followers,” the suit asserts. Although, the father of two seems to be focused on other things, because he was recently seen out holding hands with Kimberly Stewart - who is rumored to be his new girlfriend. Just a few weeks ago, the two were spotted holding hands out in Santa Monica. However, this isn't the first time they've been rumored to be romantically together. The host of Flip It Like Disick has been friends with Kimberly for years. There were rumors of a romantic relationship between them back in 2015 after he split from Kourtney Kardashian but they denied these claims. According to TMZ, Scott Disick suffered minor injuries after flipping is car in a Calabasas neighborhood. Luckily no other cars or people were involved in the accident. Law enforcement claims that Scott was alone in the car and was not impaired. He also refused medical attention when paramedics arrived on the scene. It appears speed may have been a factor in the accident, according to photos obtained by the outlet. Scott hit a stone mailbox, which could have caused his car to flip over. Maybe Scott was distracted thinking about the weekend’s events. On Saturday night, he went out with Kimberly Stewart and her father Rod Stewart to celebrate her 43rd birthday. Scott and Kimberly held hands outside of Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica according to The Sun. The two have been spotted hanging out in Los Angeles. The two left the venue and got into the backseat of Scott’s car together. Although Scott has been linked to a few other women in the recent past, his biggest breakup was over six months ago with Amelia Gray Hamlin, Lisa Rinna’s daughter. To recap, Scott and Amelia Gray broke up after a DM from Scott to Younes Bendjima about Kourtney went public, which was lightly discussed on The Kardashians. “They needed a break from one another, that was clear,” a source told E! News. “They are in different places and trying to figure out if it's time to move on and if they are really done.” They added that Scott realized it was foolish to try to trash talk Kourtney to Younes. “He had a low moment and was looking to someone who could relate to his feelings, and immediately regretted sending that message,” the source added. “Scott is still very bitter about Kourtney and Travis' relationship. He wants her to be happy, but behind closed doors, he will always have regrets about their relationship and why it didn't work out.” According to sources, Scott’s DM may have been the final straw in a long line of issues. “The final straw for Amelia and Scott was obviously the DM that Scott sent to Younes about Kourtney,” a source told Hollywood Life. “However, things between them were already on the fritz and this breakup was coming at some point regardless of Scott’s DM. The relationship had just run its course and Amelia was already thinking about breaking up with him before this whole situation unfolded in the public eye.” They added that the DM was when Amelia decided enough was enough. “But when Amelia found out about the DM, she knew it was time to call it quits. Right now, she’s not holding onto any hope at reconciliation, she’s simply looking to move on with her life and enjoy being single for a bit.” The source then explained that Amelia has no plans for reconciliation.
