Wilson – who turns 33 on Monday – has flown out to the gambling city of Macau for money-spinning exhibitions.
And the Wilson clan – which includes his dad, who has MS – will be treated to five-star treatment during their stay.
Wilson was in Riyadh for the Fury-Usyk heavyweight boxing bout and then travelled straight to Hong Kong in the early hours of Sunday.
The world No.2 said: "We have a Chinese agent who works with us and he was at the world final.
"I said to him: 'Please let my mum and dad come this year to Macau so at least I can take my whole family out there.'
"I have popped over from Saudi straight after the fight.
"The Wynn Palace hotel did me a nice little birthday cake last year, they really spoiled me. It's a wonderful place.

"It was about trying to create that memory with the whole family this year.

"The boys really enjoyed Christmas that way. They were up at 6am, which isn't ideal in China.
"I did a bit of work last year with sponsors on Christmas Eve last year so I didn't get in until 4am – and the kids were up at 6am.
"I'm definitely doing stuff differently this year.
"I play on the 27th so I've got Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day to get sloshed before I've got to play.
"The turkey is amazing out there. We're going out with Stuart Bingham and his family as well so it will be nice to celebrate it with them."
