'The Traitors' contestant Sam Asghari confirmed his relationship with Brooke Irvine on New Year's Day in 2025

After two years of marriage to one of the world's biggest pop stars, Sam Asghari has kept a more low-key romance with his girlfriend, Brooke Irvine. 

TheTraitorscontestant finalized his divorce from ex-wife Britney Spears in May 2024 following a year-long separation that began in July 2023. He attended his first event with Irvine in November 2024 and told PEOPLE on the red carpet that he was "absolutely" ready to move on from his divorce.

"You just got to keep it positive," Asghari said. "You got to stay grounded and understand what the truth is and really just live with that rather than other people's opinions or anything like that."

Asghari and Irvine made their relationship Instagram official at the start of 2025. The fitness model posted a series of photos embracing Irvine at various locations with the caption, "Happy New Year to All."

So, who is Sam Asghari's girlfriend? Here's everything to know about Brooke Irvine and her relationship with the actor. 

She was a competitive cheerleader

Irvine has kept most of her personal life offline, but she did share on her LinkedIn profile that she used to be a competitive cheerleader. Irvine won the All-Star World Championships in 2017 and 2018 with her squad, the Cali Black Ops. 

Her experience as an athlete has helped her navigate her career as a real estate agent. Irvine's company bio reads, "As she transitions from the world of competitive sports to real estate, she carries with her a winning mindset, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results in every client interaction." 

She's a real estate agent 

According to her LinkedIn profile, Irvine has been a real estate agent in L.A. since August 2023. She specializes in the neighborhoods of Westwood, Brentwood and Bel Air. 

Though her Compass bio shows that she mostly manages rentals — including a massive 5,000-square-foot luxury home that rented fully furnished for $25,500 a month — she did sell a five-bedroom, four-bath home for $1.3 million in September 2024. 

They were first linked in November 2024 

Asghari and Irvine were first spotted together in November 2024 at the inaugural amfAR Las Vegas benefit. At the event, the Lionessactor was asked how he was adjusting to life post-divorce, and he told PEOPLE, "It's the bed that you make yourself, and you got to learn how to lay in it, so it's part of the lifestyle."  

The rumored couple were then seen together on several occasions in L.A., at places like Home Goods, a dog park and LAX.

The relationship marked his first public romance since his divorce from Spears, whom he first met on the set of her "Slumber Party" music video in 2016. The pair got married in June 2022 before Asghari announced that he and Spears had decided to "end [their] journey together" in August 2023.

"It was a blessing to be able to share life with someone for a long time," he told PEOPLE in March 2024. "People grow apart and people move on. I never understood when people part ways [and] they talk badly about each other. That's something I'm never going to do because I had nothing but an amazing experience."

They went public with their relationship in January 2025

After a few months of speculation, Asghari hard launched his romance with Irvine on Instagram just in time to celebrate the new year.

On Jan. 1, 2025, he posted five photos with the real estate agent with the caption, "Happy New Year to All 🫶." The pictures included the couple relaxing at the beach and posing in a mirror while all dressed up.
