THE UK Championship is coming to a close as the final will be played TODAY!
Last year, Ronnie O’Sullivan secured a record-extending eighth title after he beat Ding Junhui 10-7 in a thrilling final.
But the Rocket won’t be able to defend his title as he crashed out in the first round, losing to Barry Hawkins on Saturday night.
The UK Championship is the first of the World Snooker Tour’s prestigious Triple Crown events.
And many of the sport‘s elite will go to battle for a share of the colossal £1.2million prize money on offer.

- The UK Championship 2024 begins on Saturday, November 23rd.
- The tournament runs until Sunday, December 1.
