Stuart Pearce, 62, returns to talkSPORT for first time since health scare for England vs Albania

STUART PEARCE has welcomed his return to talkSPORT following his health scare – and he couldn’t have chosen a bigger game.
The former England defender, 62, looked delighted as he announced he was “back on commentary!” for the Three Lions’ opening World Cup qualifier against Albania.
Pearce revealed earlier this month he had a medical emergency on a flight back from Las Vegas.
The pundit described having chest pains, with doctors needing to “stick a tube” down his throat and “reboot” his heart”.
TalkSPORT posted a clip of Pearce as he announced he was “really looking forward to the game” – Thomas Tuchel’s first in charge of England.
The ex-West Ham star said: “New manager in post, hopefully a high-octane performance by England, a victory to get us off and running in this campaign.”
