The musician's second wife, Kai Millard, has listed the six-bedroom property where their sons, Kailand, 19, and Mandla, 23, grew up. The former couple divorced in 2012.
Millard, 45, listed the 11,120-square-foot home for $15 million, or the option to lease for $65,000 monthly. The fully remodeled estate has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, is in a gated community in the San Fernando Valley, and spans 2.779 acres.

The lower level of the home also includes a butler's kitchen, a guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a large living room with direct access to a piano entertainment room.

Stevie Wonder's former Calabasas, Calif. homeAccording to the Wall Street Journal, property records show that the former couple paid $2.85 million for the modern Mediterranean-style home in 2000.
"It just had this incredible, timeless architecture and breathtaking surroundings," Millard said, per WSJ. "It was on its own little hill and had lots of space."
"As a young bride and a mother, I had no interest in doing anything to the house," Millard said of the idea of renovating the home when they first purchased it. "I had to let them be kids. They're going to mark the wall, put fingerprints everywhere. Just forget about it."

Stevie Wonder's former Calabasas, Calif. homeHowever, once her sons got older, she decided to upgrade the property during the COVID-19 pandemic. She spent at least $3 million remodeling the primary suite and the kitchen and opening it up to the rest of the living space.
"I feel like this is the right time to venture out into a new space," she said, per WSJ.
