It's been a wild, messy process, where their attorneys' pockets are the only winners that have prevailed, for now. Currently, Simon is trying to squash Porsha's filming rights on Real Housewives of Atlanta. He doesn't want Porsha filming in their still-shared house, and he also wants every one of his court-ordered asks and demands answered, all before the date of July 4, 2024.
