If you loved Ruth Ware's irresistible thriller, The Woman in Cabin 10, we've got great news!
PEOPLE can exclusively announce — and reveal the cover of — the bestselling author's upcoming novel, The Woman in Suite 11, the sequel to the beloved thriller. The book is set to be published in summer 2025 by Gallery/Scout Press.
Readers were first introduced to fictional travel journalist Lo Blacklock in The Woman in Cabin 10. When Lo is sent on a luxury cruise for an assignment, she's horrified to witness a woman being thrown overboard. When every passenger onboard is accounted for, however, Lo searches for own answers, at her own risk.
The Woman in Suite 11 picks up 10 years later, with Lo living a quiet life with her family. When she receives an invitation to attend the opening of a luxury hotel in Switzerland, owned by the billionaire Marcus Leidmann, Lo jumps at the chance to kickstart her journalism career again — and to land an interview with Marcus.

Once there, Lo realizes that getting Marcus alone will be harder than she originally thought. Late one night, she receives a phone call to visit Marcus' hotel room. When Lo arrives, however, she meets a woman who claims that she's Marcus' mistress — and that her life is in danger. Lo must reckon with the lengths she'll go to in order to save the woman, as well as figure out whether or not she's telling the truth.
The Woman in Suite 11 marks Ware's 10th novel. Readers may recognize her from some of her most notable previous novels like In a Dark, Dark Wood, One Perfect Couple and The Lying Game, among others.
"For years, readers have asked whether I might return to any of the characters from The Woman in Cabin 10," Ware tells PEOPLE in a statement. "With Lo now 10 years older, and at a different stage in her life, I'm excited to share a fresh perspective on her story — and to send her on a new adventure in The Woman in Suite 11."

In May, Netflix announced the upcoming film adaptation of The Woman in Cabin 10, set to star Oscar-winning actress Keira Knightley. The film, directed by Simon Stone, will also star Guy Pearce, Hannah Waddingham and David Ajala and is currently in production.
"Having Cabin 10 developed for the screen is truly a dream come true," Ware added. "Knowing that a group of such incredibly talented people are spending so much time and creativity on a world that once existed only inside my head – that's a compliment I probably will never get over."
