Jim Bellino is downsizing his real estate portfolio!
Jim, who is the ex-husband of Real Housewives of Orange County star, Alexis Bellino, is selling his Orange County beachfront mansion for $8.9 Million, PEOPLE has exclusively learned. He's looking to downsize due to his single status and now that his three children with Alexis — James and twins, Miles and Mackenna — are grown.
The 4,800 sq.ft home, located within Dana Point's exclusive guard-gated Beach Road enclave, features six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. The three-floor seaside home designed by the award-winning Lehrer Architects offers panoramic ocean views from every floor,

Jim and Alexis were married for 14 years before finalizing their divorce in August 2018. In October 2019, Alexis opened up about the split, saying "It was just a really broken marriage for a lot of years. There just comes a time when you realize, it's time to move on."
Alexis, who was a main cast member on seasons 5 through 8 and later appeared as a guest star, recently announced her engagement to John Janssen, who is the ex-boyfriend of her RHOC co-star Shannon Beado, leading to a feud between the two cast members.
Jim sued Shannon and co-star Tamra Judge for defamation in 2018. As PEOPLE reported in October 2020, Shannon won the case, but has since said she lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in the process of defending herself.
