Pensioner, 80, charged with murder after man in his 70s found dead inside a block of flats

A PENSIONER has been charged with murder after a man in his 70s was found dead in a block of flats.

An 80-year-old Peter Kindell has been arrested and charged following the gruesome discovery in Aylesbury on January 3.

Tragically the man in his 70s found with serious injuries and died at the scene in Silverdale Close.

Kindell has also been charged with count of possession of an offensive weapon in public, and one count of possession of a bladed article in public.

He is due to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court later.

Cops were called to a property on Silverdale Close in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, at 16:20 GMT on Friday.
