Despite being 59, she doesn’t look a day older than 25[/caption]

She said: “My mum is gonna tell us what her three tips are for ageing, cause she’s so beautiful it looks like she’s 25 years old.”

The first thing the age-defying beauty recommended was using a vitamin C serum to make the skin glow.

The vitamin can help boost collagen, which is naturally present in your skin and helps keep it from sagging.

As you get older, collagen production can decrease so applying vitamin C can tackle that.

You can purchase the Garnier Vitamin C serum from Amazon for just £8.23.

Next on the woman’s list was the Augustinus Bader moisturiser which comes with a hefty price tag of £145.

Filled with argan, avocado and evening primrose oils, plus omega 6-rich fatty acids and antioxidants, the moisturiser keeps skin soft and supple.

Last but not least, you have to take your make-up off at the end of the day and the mum swears by the Fresh Soy Face Cleanser.

She added: “It’s the best face wash.”

The cleanser can also be purchased on Amazon for as little as £16.99 and contains soy proteins, cucumber extract, rosewater, borage seed oil, mallow flower extract, and sunflower seed oil contribute to a deeply nourished and softened complexion.

The clip has since gone viral on her TikTok account @lilly_sisto with over 86k views and 4,800 likes.

People were quick to thank her for sharing her secrets in the comment section.

One person wrote: “How old is she?!? Literal goals.”

“She just turned 59,” replied Lilly.

Why is fermented rice water an anti-ageing powerhouse?

Fermented rice water has gained popularity in skincare for its cheap - but wildly effective - benefits.

  • It is is packed with vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants – including vitamins B, C, and E – which help promote a healthy, radiant complexion
  • The fermentation process produces enzymes that enhance rice water’s ability to lighten dark spots and banish hyperpigmentation
  • The cooling and anti-inflammatory properties of fermented rice water can help calm irritated or sensitive skin, which is particularly beneficial for conditions like eczema, acne, and sunburn
  • Regular use of fermented rice water can lead to smoother, softer skin by promoting gentle exfoliation. The natural acids formed during fermentation help to remove dead skin cells, revealing a fresher layer of skin
  • It is also known to promote cell regeneration, which can help heal scars and improve the overall appearance of the skin
