On Sunday, Jan. 5, the Melissa & Joey star, 48, shared a video on Instagram documenting her shaving off her husband Mark Wilkerson's long beard.
"I had the honor of shaving off 2024!" she wrote in the caption. "But we had a little fun in the process with all the fun ways we could style an @epic beard like his. 🪒 🧔🏻😍."
In the sped-up footage, Wilkerson, 48, was shirtless and sporting a long beard that stopped right below his collar bone.
The couple can be seen having a blast as Hart took the clippers and started trimming Wilkerson's beard in various ways, eventually splitting it into three long strands. Wilkerson then took over and trimmed it down to a traditional chevron mustache, before eventually whittling his facial hair completely away for a clean-shaven look.

It seems Hart's followers were fans of her husband's fresh new look, with some even noting that Wilkerson shaved years off himself.
"20 years younger👏," one person commented.
"No offense but much better 😊," another chimed in.
Yet another wrote, "So much better (not that it matters what I think) lol — but he looks like a younger version of himself without it."
"He sure is a nice and handsome guy all clean shaven, Melissa!!" another fan complimented Wilkerson.
"Omg he is a stud!!!!! Trim trim trim daddy," posted another user.
Hart and Wilkerson tied the knot in July 2003 and share three sons: Mason, 18, Braydon, 16, and Tucker, 12.
Just days ago, Hart shared a glimpse of her low-key New Year's Eve celebration in a montage of photos featuring her husband (who still had his long beard at the time) and other family members. The group sported festive hats and glasses as they closed out 2024.
"How we rang in the year... in the style we want this year to go... peaceful, casual, comfortable, with family and good cheer! 🎉🥂🥂🥂🎉, " the actress captioned the Jan. 1 Instagram post.
