Madonna Teases New Music for 2025 and Describes Creative Process as 'Medicine for My Soul'

Madonna is teasing that the new year could mean new music.

In an Instagram post shared on Monday, Dec. 16, the "Like a Prayer" singer shared a video montage of her and producer Stuart Price working on new music. They groove, dance and write together in the clip, while her boyfriend Akeem Morris, manager Guy Oseary and twin daughters Stella and Estere join her in the studio as well.

"Working on new music with Stuart Price," Madonna, 66, captioned the clip.

Fans were thrilled with the announcement of new music on the way from the Queen of Pop. "This is the Christmas present I wanted!!! Don't try to be trendy, just follow your instincts," one person said. "That's always when you create your best work. I can't wait to hear new music!!!"

"A dream come true," a second wrote of Madonna reuniting with Price, 47, who worked with her on her 2005 album Confessions on a Dance Floor. "Finally Something to look forward to in 2025!" a third added.

Earlier this year, Madge shared a video of her in the studio with Price. "London Calling……………Back in the Stu with Stuart Price. 🇬🇧 🇬🇧🇬🇧!" she wrote on Instagram on Sept. 30.

The last album Madonna released was Madame Xin 2019. More recently, she embarked on her Celebration Tour in October 2023, making stops in North America, the U.K. and Europe.
