Taking to social media she answered customers’ questions – one of which was whether McDonald’s workers could hear them in the Drive Thru.

It can be annoying when you have to constantly repeat yourself to workers because the microphone isn’t picking it all up – but Kenya revealed they had eyes and ears on you the whole time.

She admitted: “Yes, when you go through the Drive Thru we can hear you, we can see you. Just because you can’t hear us or can’t see us it doesn’t mean we can’t.

“The names that we get called sometimes when someone has been sitting there for five seconds is unthinkable.

“I’d never act that way, I hope you guys watching this video would never act that way.”

The young woman has worked in McDonald’s for four years and revealed she had been ‘made fun of 100s of times.’

Kenya said it often happened when she asks a customer whether they need “anything else”, after each time they tell her which food items they want to order.

“I know it’s annoying, the sentence ‘yeah, anything else’, but I just want to make sure”. And she can see the customer mimicking her in the car. “Anything like that guys… we can see you.”

She also revealed they take a picture of you in your car when you stop by.

Kenya didn’t go into details as of why but revealed the picture was wiped from the system once you left.

The video posted to her TikTok account @kenyaxo went viral with over 1.6 million views and 147k likes.

People were quick to take to the comments mortified by the revelations.

One person wrote: “I apologise for anything you may of heard my family say in the Drive Thru.”

Another commented: “The amount of abuse I get cause I work in the Drive Thru!”
