Grammy Awards nominations revealed as Taylor Swift and Beyonce battle it out for Album of the Year

BEYONCÉ leads the glamorous pack in the nominations for the Grammy Awards — although Brit Charli XCX is hot on her tail.
The US star, 43, is up for 11 gongs on the shortlist announced last night, overtaking husband Jay-Z as the most-nominated act in Grammy history.

She is in the running for Album of the Year for her record Brat, as well as several other categories with four separate singles.
Billie Eilish, 22, Kendrick Lamar, 37, and Post Malone, 29, also have seven nominations apiece.
Taylor Swift, 34, who topped the album charts for eight weeks with The Tortured Poets Department, has six.
She also became the first woman to be nominated for Album of the Year seven times.
Breakout stars of 2024, Sabrina Carpenter, 25, and Chappell Roan, 26, also landed six nods and appeared in all of the big four categories – Album, Record and Song of the Year, as well as Best New Artist.
Meanwhile, The Beatles are nominated for the coveted Record of the Year for Now and Then, released after an old demo was remastered thanks to AI technology.
The Rolling Stones also received a nod in the Best Rock Album category for Hackney Diamonds.
Other Brits in the shortlist include Raye, 27, up for Best New Artist and Songwriter of the Year.
She shared a video of her sobbing last night, posting: "God knows all it took to get here.
"This is too much.
"I can't stop crying."
Artists to miss out include Dua Lipa, 29, whose No1 album Radical Optimism was surprisingly snubbed.
The 2025 Grammys take place in LA on February 2 — a month ahead of the Brit Awards in London.
