Bruce Willis and wife Emma Heming Willis were taking selfies before selfies were cool.

In an Instagram post shared on Wednesday, Oct. 16, Emma posted a shot of the happy couple. Bruce, now 69, appears to be holding the camera and scowling into the lens. Emma, 46, is smiling sweetly in the photo, her face half-hidden as she nuzzles her husband just behind his shoulder.

She captioned the post, "doing selfies before they had a name," adding a white heart emoji.

Emma, 46, also shared the post to her Instagram Stories, adding another throwback photo of her and Bruce on a red carpet. The sweet mini-montage of images was soundtracked by the Isaac Hayes song "The Look of Love."

The statement was shared by Bruce's daughters Rumer, Scout and Tallulah, who he shares with ex-wife Demi Moore, as well as Mabel and Evelyn, who he shares with Emma.

The family then announced his frontotemporal dementia (FTD) diagnosis in February 2023, releasing a group statement that read, "Bruce has always found joy in life — and has helped everyone he knows to do the same."
