Ellie Goulding and her son Arthur are all suited up.

On Sunday, Nov. 10, the singer, 37, shared a rare snap on Instagram with her and ex-husband Caspar Jopling's 3-year-old son Arthur. In the sweet photo, the mother-son duo can be seen dressed up as Marvel characters Spiderman and Miles Morales, while the proud mom kisses her boy on the cheek.

Goulding, who almost never shows her son on social media, ensured that Arthur's face was covered by his Miles Morales mask in the image.

The Grammy nominee has long been open about her struggles with anxiety, and in April 2023, she told PEOPLE that since welcoming Arthur she's experienced new ups and downs with mental health.

"At times it was debilitating... Being around Arthur automatically zaps [my anxiety] away, and I feel like it's my body trying to mess with me because it's saying, 'We want you to be with Arthur all the time,' biologically," explained Goulding, who's felt anxious pulling herself away from work as a new mom.

"I've had no choice but to put myself and being a mother first, and then everything else I will do to the best of my ability."

In February 2024, the "Love Me Like You Do" singer and Joping, 32, publicly announced their separation after 4½ years together.

"In light of recent stories, I feel I have been left with no choice but to let you all know that Caspar and I privately separated some time ago," Goulding wrote on Instagram Stories. "We remain the closest of friends and have been successfully co-parenting with our sons best interests at heart. We are committed to protecting our family privacy and thank people in advance for respecting our wishes - we won't be commenting further. Thank you."

The "Don't Need Nobody" artist also reshared a message from Jopling on Instagram Stories that said: "Hi people - hope you're having a good day. I feel (sadly) that I need to say something on mine and Ellie's current relationship, that I hope more than anything will make any final tabloid speculation disappear. Ellie and I made the decision to separate some time ago."

He continued: "Our immediate family and close friends have known for some time - otherwise we chose to do what we could to keep this private. Ellie and I remain the closest of friends and, most importantly, 'co-parents' to the best kiddo in the world, Arthur. This is the last I want to say on this - and please ask that you respect mine and Ellie's privacy. Thanks a lot Caspar."
