James Van Der Beek has a shocking health update. The Dawson's Creek alum is currently battling colorectal cancer - he confirmed as much in an interview with People published on Sunday. He told the outlet: "I have colorectal cancer. I've been privately dealing with this diagnosis and have been taking steps to resolve it, with the support of my incredible family." How scary! James has been married to wife Kimberly Van Der Beek since 2010, and the pair share six kids together.
