Chris Zylka is facing felony charges and a warrant is out for his arrest after a violent interaction with police in Ohio.
Zylka, who is perhaps best known for his 11-month engagement to Paris Hilton in 2018, was in the middle of a busy road in Warren, Ohio on Dec. 4 and made various attempts to get in people's cars when police were called to the scene, according to a police report obtained by PEOPLE.
Authorities said the My Super Psycho Sweet 16 star was "foaming at the mouth," appeared to be under the influence of drugs in "some sort of excited delirium state," and had no shirt or shoes on in 32-degree weather as he stood in the middle of the road.

He allegedly struggled with police when they tried to take him into custody, and three officers were required to get him handcuffed.
Zylka also tried to get into a woman's car before police arrived and was trying to break the window, according to the police report. He continued to struggle with officers as paramedics arrived and was struck with a taser and administered ketamine to "subdue" him.
Zylka is now facing felony charges of assault and attempt to commit an offense, as well as misdemeanor charges for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and aggravated menacing, per online court records viewed by PEOPLE.
A warrant is out for his arrest, a Warren Police Department spokesperson told PEOPLE, as he is no longer in custody.
Prior to the incident on Dec. 4, Zylka was documenting his fitness journey on his Instagram as he seemed to indicate he's training to qualify for the 2028 Summer Olympics.
In a post from Nov. 21, he wrote that "nobody loves cold runs more than a guy from Ohio" as he shared a selfie and some health data from his Apple Watch following a workout.
In October, he shared a selfie of his impressive physique as he seemed to hint that he was in training for a marathon. He called it "the most peaceful time of the year."
Zylka dated Hilton from 2016 to 2019, and the pair called off their engagement after 11 months after she "realized it wasn't right for her," a source told PEOPLE at the time.
He recently opened up about the breakup during a December 2023 interview on the Ned's Declassified Podcast Survival Guide podcast as he called her a "wonderful human being" and revealed that their breakup had been spurred from Hilton's alleged request that he stop acting.
Zylka said he was at the "peak" of his career while dating Hilton, 43, but "didn't work" during their relationship. Though he said he didn't regret choosing "her over work," he realized how "important" acting was to him, and they went their separate ways.

"I've never been able to apologize to her for … not being grateful for the experience and like, all that she did for me," he said. "She's the one relationship that I've ever had that there was no take — it was all give … and it was really lovely."
Hilton is now married to Carter Reum, with whom she shares son Phoenix and daughter London.
