Chris Hemsworth Urges Fans to 'Get Your Pump on' with Flexy Arm Workout

The 'Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga' star shared an arm workout — and a few breathless grunts — in a new video

Chris Hemsworth left no doubt about how he keeps his arms in superstar shape, sharing an intense workout routine on his Instagram.

The Flexiest — er, Sexiest Man Alive alum shared an Instagram video announcing the new daily arm workouts available in his wellness app, Centr.

"Hey, what's up legends," the Thoralum, 40, began the video as he held a weight in each hand. "Check out the 28 Days of Arms program. There's a new workout for your arms every single day."

"I can't even count to 28, let alone think of 28 different workouts for your arms," he quipped, "But we've got 28 different workouts."

"Get your pump on!" he said before doing a bicep curl and grunting at the camera.

As he wrote in the caption, "28 different arm workouts for 28 days straight! Great work by the @centrfit team to create this awesome burner for each day to get that extra targeted work this summer. Pairs great with the 28 Days of Core as well!! Go crush it!"

Although Hemsworth doesn't have any plans to reprise his role of the Norse god Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe any time soon, he's not taken a break from the rigors of action movies, recently playing a post-apocalyptic biker in Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga.

For the prequel, producerDoug Mitchell revealed that one "15-minute sequence, which took us 78 days to shoot," had nearly 200 stunt people working on it each day.

And the love of action movies may run in the family. "My kids, I've got to hold them on the sidelines," Hemsworth told PEOPLE of daughter India Rose Hemsworth, 12, and twin boys Sasha Hemsworth and Tristan Hemsworth, both 10, who he shares with wife Elsa Pataky, at the premiere of Furiosa.

"They're like, 'Give me a shot! I want to jump in there, jump in the truck and the bike,' and so on," he added.
