"We're always chatting about different tips and tricks," said Gabriela Peacock, who is also expecting a child in early 2025
Princess Beatrice has ample support through her second pregnancy.
One pillar of the royal's support system is her friend, celebrity nutritionist Gabriela Peacock, who told The Daily Mail how the two — who are godmothers to each other's daughters — have only gotten closer since sharing the experience of motherhood together.
"It's been truly wonderful to share this journey with someone so close," Peacock said. "Going through pregnancy alongside a dear friend like Bea has been incredibly comforting, especially as we navigate similar experiences."

Buckingham Palace announced on Oct. 1 that Princess Beatrice, 36, was expecting her second child with husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi sometime in 2025. The two are also parents to daughter Sienna Elizabeth, 3, and son Christopher Woolf, 8 — known affectionately as Wolfie — who Edo, 41, shares with Dara Huang.
Peacock is also pregnant and is expecting her fourth child early next year.
"Being godmothers to each other's daughters has brought a unique depth to our friendship," Peacock told The Daily Mail. "It's a bond that feels more like family, with a shared sense of love and support for one another's children. This role has strengthened our connection and created a lasting foundation of trust and care that I know will only continue to grow over the years."
Princess Beatrice frequently turns to Peacock for nutritional advice, and "We're always chatting about different tips and tricks for health and wellness, and it's such a joy to have someone who shares those same interests so deeply," Peacock said.
"We share advice naturally, especially when it comes to nutrition and parenting," she continued.

In addition to Beatrice, Peacock has also worked with the royal's sister Princess Eugenie and cousin Prince Harry in the lead up to their respective 2018 weddings, The Daily Mail reported. Peacock has also worked with Joan Collins, Ellie Goulding and James Blunt.
"I try and maintain a balanced diet rich in whole foods with plenty of leafy greens, lean proteins and healthy fats, [which] is key during pregnancy," Peacock said. "I always recommend including a high-quality prenatal vitamin and ensuring omega-3 fatty acids, which support both maternal health and the baby's brain development."
For those who suffer from morning sickness during pregnancy, Peacock recommended incorporating ginger and peppermint teas into their regime.
"Small, frequent meals can be helpful, especially with foods high in protein or complex carbs," she said. "Ginger and peppermint teas can ease nausea, and staying hydrated is essential — often, sipping on water or herbal teas throughout the day makes a big difference."
Reflecting that soon she "will soon have four children to look after," Peacock said that "Each pregnancy brings a renewed focus on family and wellness. I've become even more committed to simplifying life and prioritizing health, ensuring I have enough energy and presence for all my children."
