Cartwright, who shares son Cruz, 3, with ex Jax Taylor, explained, "I've always been fluctuating … my boobs get really big or they'll shrink, they're one of the first places that I gain weight in. And a lot of people will accuse me of having my breasts done again, and I'm like, no, no, no."

"I also always thought I was gonna have more kids. Surgery, she said, is "definitely something I'm looking into for the future. I definitely would go smaller. I just still don't know what my future holds at this moment," Cartwright, who split from Jax, her husband of ten years, in early 2024, explained.
"So I don't think I wanna do any more surgeries or anything like that until I know for sure if I'm gonna have more kids," she said. "I'm gonna give myself a couple more years at least. But we'll see ... but I know they're big."
