Bournemouth 1 Brighton 2: Joao Pedro and Kaoru Mitoma goals keep Seagulls in top four race despite Baleba red card

JOAO PEDRO and Kaoru Mitoma handed Brighton a comfortable 2-0 victory away at Bournemouth.
Pedro gave the visitors an early lead when he followed up Georginio Rutter’s effort to tap home.
Kaoru Mitoma made it two at the beginning of the second half[/caption] Brighton are on the cusp of the top four after a stunning start to the season[/caption] Carlos Baleba was sent off for a second yellow card[/caption]And the Seagulls doubled their advantage four minutes into the second half, Pedro turning provider with a sumptuous pass to Mitoma who calmly finished beyond Kepa Arrizabalaga.

And while David Brooks did pull one back in stoppage time, they failed to get anything from the game as Brighton held on.
The result leaves Brighton level on points with Arsenal and adrift of the top four only by virtue of goal difference.
Bournemouth sit 13th, three points off a top-half position.
