"90 Day Fiancé": Loren Awkwardly Confesses to Faith That They 'Can't Kiss' Because of His STD (Exclusive)

"We just had this amazing time together. Things are finally starting to get romantic, but now I have to tell her this terrible news," Loren reveals in PEOPLE's exclusive sneak peek

Loren is coming clean to his girlfriend Faith — no matter how awkward it may be!

In PEOPLE's exclusive sneak peek of the Sept. 29 episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, Loren and Faith enjoy spending quality time together. But, as sparks fly, he has to come clean about a secret that could impact their health and the future of their relationship.

"You know what? The famous mermaid in the Philippines is Dyesebel?" Faith tells Loren as they take a dip outdoors.

Loren seems to be unfamiliar with the fictional creature, mistakenly calling her "Jezebel." However, Faith corrects him, adding that Dyesebel is known for her "beauty" and considered "sexy." 

"So, I feel like Dyesebel now," Faith says as she enjoys a swim with her lover, dipping her hair in the water as they exchange flirtatious glances.

Loren then explains what attracted him to his possible bride-to-be, sharing that she is sexy and beautiful just like the famous mermaid.

"Even before I met you, I said I loved you, right?" he asks. "You know you're beautiful. You're from the Philippines. Hard working, right? And you're serious."

"I think about us," he adds, adding that his dream is to marry someone just like Faith. She replies, "You're so sweet."

However, Loren then decides its time to drop a bombshell about his sexual health.

"We just had this amazing time together. Things are finally starting to get romantic, but now I have to tell her this terrible news," Loren says in a confessional. "I can't put this off any longer and she deserves to know the truth."

As the couple gets out of the water and gathers their belongings, Loren feels that it's now or never to share the secret that's been weighing on him. 

Faith checks in with her partner as they walk off to ask if he enjoyed his time with her and Loren assures her that he did. 

"Feels like kissing energy?" he asks. Before she responds, Loren takes his opportunity. "So, we can't kiss."

Stunned, Faith asks Loren why she can't be intimate with him and he finally reveals, "Well, I have gonorrhea."

Faith seems confused about what he's telling her, asking, "Gonorrhea?" 

"It's a sexually transmitted disease," Loren explains.
