Prince William has a family update for everyone amid Princess Catherine's scary cancer battle.

On Tuesday, the Duke of Cambridge visited County Durham in north east England for the grand opening of James Place Newcastle — a suicide prevention foundation aimed to offer support and treatment for men in the region.

Tons of well-wishers were in attendance for the important event, and one woman in particular wanted to know how the future king's mental health is doing amid his wife's health battle. She asked how the royal family is doing, and Prince William responded:

"All doing well, thank you. Yes, we’re doing well."

We're so happy to hear that considering what they’re all going through!

Princess Catherine revealed last month that she was diagnosed with cancer, which was a major shock to the world and her family. In her announcement video she described how difficult it was to break the news to Prince George, Prince Louis, and Princess Charlotte — who are quite young to understand.
