Hilary Duff is now a mom of 4! The former Disney Channel star debuted her latest child — a baby girl named Townes Meadow Bair — on Instagram Tuesday after welcoming her daughter on Friday, May 3. Alongside several pictures of her home water birth, the 36-year-old actress wrote in the caption:

“Now we know why she made us wait so long… she was perfecting those Cheeks! I Have been dreaming of holding you in my arms for months and the past 5 days of getting to know you, stare at you and smell you has been pure moments of magic. We all love you like you've been here all along beauty.”

Hilary is already mom to Luca, with ex Mike Comrie. Her daughters Banks and Mae are with her current partner and hubs, Winnetka Bowling League frontman Matthew Koma.
