You can count on Lala Kent.

On December 12, former Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy was arrested for alleged domestic violence. Longtime girlfriend Ally Lewber has not confirmed if she is the alleged victim, but many fans are making the assumption.

Lala won’t confirm that either, but she does want to be clear that she is there for Ally while she deals with her relationship crisis.

On a recent Amazon Live, Lala was asked if she had spoken with James “since the incident.” The VPR alum simply replied, “I have not.”

"I have spoken with Ally. I checked in on her and she wrote me a text back," Lala went on to say. "That's all I'm really going to share on that topic."

When a fan pressed for Lala’s opinion on James and Ally, Lala responded, "I don't have many thoughts."

"You know what's wild about getting older is as you get older, you have your own life to worry about, that when something happens in someone else's relationship, you first and foremost want to make sure, like, 'Hey, how are you doing? Are you OK? I'm here if you need me,'" she explained.

"I reached out to Ally and I'm not going to share anything beyond that,” Lala concluded.

Days after the arrest, a source claimed that it was a “complete misunderstanding” on the part of a neighbor who called the police. But on December 17, James took to social media to make a statement.

"I am committed to making meaningful changes in my life," he wrote on social media. "I am taking time to focus on my sobriety, personal growth, and being present for my loved ones. Navigating challenging moments is not easy but I am determined to learn, grow and move forward with the incredible support system around me."

The National Domestic Violence Hotline can be accessed via the nationwide number 1−800−799−SAFE(7233) or TTY 1−800−787−3224 or (206) 518-9361 (Video Phone Only for Deaf Callers). The Hotline provides service referrals to agencies in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
